HOW CAN WE BOOK YOU FOR OUR WEDDING?
To get started, fill out the form at the very end of this page with the package you want to book. Once I receive your information, I will email you the contract and invoice within 24-48 hours. Once it’s signed and the 35% retainer is in place, your date is officially secured—yay!
do we need a second shooter?
A second photographer is highly recommended. Here's why:
- Two photographers provide coverage from different angles
- To photograph each couple and wedding party in their getting ready location
- Helps to save time, specially if your venue is very large or spread out, and by helping you get to your reception sooner
- The second shooter can head on to the cocktail hour and reception while I am shooting portraits to ensure no moment is missed
- A second wedding photographer provides a backup
- The second shooter can physically help me get shots that I’d have difficulty getting on my own
- A second photographer brings their own unique vision
- Two photographers give you more images than one would.
What happens if it rains on our wedding?
I’ll bring clear umbrellas that photograph beautifully if there’s a little rain. If the weather turns into a downpour, we’ll move to a bright indoor location so your photos are just as beautiful. It’s also a good idea to check with your venue ahead of time to make sure they have a weather backup plan in place.
how many photos will i receive and how?
You’ll receive over 60+ images per hour of shooting, depending on how many hours we shoot and how jam- packed your wedding day is!
4-6 weeks after your wedding, you’ll receive a link to your online gallery. From there, you can easily download your images and share them with family and friends—so the memories of your day can be enjoyed over and over again.
what happens if there’s an emergency?
This has never happened, and I hope it never does. However, if an unforeseen emergency prevented me from photographing your wedding, my contract ensures that a trusted, talented photographer would step in to capture your day beautifully.
what if i have to cancel or move my booking?
I completely understand that things happen! The retainer fee is non-refundable, as it protects my business when I hold your wedding date and turn away other bookings. That said, if you need to change your date, I’m more than happy to adjust it for you at no extra cost, as long as I’m available.

STEP 01
Fill out the form
Fill out the booking form and I will email you the quote where you can choose your collection and add-ons.
STEP 02
Sign contract & pay
Once the quote is submitted with your chosen collection, I will email you the wedding agreement and invoice. Your date is secured once the agreement has been signed and invoice has been paid. A 35 percent deposit is required, the rest is due one month prior to the wedding. We can also set a month to month plan if you'd prefer.
STEP 03
The fun begins
Once your booking is set, I will email over a wedding planning guide to help you with all the planning.
We will start planning your engagement session (if you booked one), I'll send you a style guide and different locations to choose from or any location you already have in mind.
STEP 04
A month before your "I Do's"
About a month before your wedding, I’ll send you a quick questionnaire to help me create the perfect photography timeline for your day. We’ll then review it together on a phone call and, if applicable, with your planner, making sure everything is finalized before the big day.
In the meantime, I’m always just an email away. I love when my brides reach out with any wedding-related questions.
STEP 05
Delivery
Your photos will be available within 4-6 weeks through an online gallery with professional printing store. If you ordered an album, it will arrive approximately 8 weeks after the wedding. Video is
